If you're an Apple-enthusiast, or are waiting to upgrade your phone and want to see what Apple reveal, the countdown has started with only 3 weeks remaining.
Allegedly, Apple will be shipping both high and low range iPhone models in 'early September', following their usual pattern. The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple's supplier Hon Hair Precision has been asked to 'ready iPhone shipments' for a date in 'the first half of next month'.
Following Apple's usual pattern, users should expect to see details of the iPhone 5S revealed and a less costly version dubbed the iPhone 5C (though, the C stands for colour and not cheap). If both versions of the iPhone are revealed on the same day, it would be the first time in Apple history to unveil two separate iPhone devices at once.
Other rumours indicate that the next iPhone could come in gold and even feature a fingerprint scanner - perhaps something we may see implemented in the final release version of iOS 7?
What do you make of the next iPhone releases? What features would you like to see on the next iPhone and do you think the lower-budget iPhone is a good idea to raise their market stakes? Let us know!
